Walk into Corporate office... your mind says' tell them Corporate stories, they will love to hear that' .... the interviewer says 'we are an out of the box company, tell us how you can think out of the box' ... your thinking 'WTH.... I've been practicing my corporate interview' ... your mouth says... 'I like working with people'... 'I can multi-task'... and it fades into 'blah blah blah blah'....and you hear, 'your creditials are great, this is our first round of interviews we'll get back to you'. We have become a nation of pre-programmed interviewers based upon old method and standards. While the country changes no one focuses on changing the oil ... at least the corporate world doesn't ... and well that's so wrong and unfair to the new generation. My rant..
